Safety Always.
At ESS we believe everyone should be able to go home to their family at the end of the day in the same shape they went into work in the morning. The way to make sure this happens is to remind ourselves every day that is very important to work safely and make good choices. Safety can never come first, we must think about Safety Always.
Toolbox Talk Tuesday.
Every week on Tuesday morning, all employees of Electrical Systems & Services, Inc. receive an email from our safety director. This email contains a Toolbox Talk for everyone to read, even the front office staff. Safety protocols are always advancing thanks to OSHA and industry experts. This is not only a good way for our whole team to stay on top of those changes, but also to remind ourselves of some things we may have forgotten. Most importantly, it’s a constant reminder to work safely.
Monthly Safety Meetings.
For the topics we feel require more in-depth or hands on training, we have a Safety Meeting at our Headquarters once a month. Each member of both our office and field teams come in and one team member volunteers to run the meeting. This gives that team member more knowledge of the subject as they research the topic within our company’s safety resources.
Compliance.
ESS participates in not only one, but two compliance platforms. This gives us flexibility to meet the requirements of our customers, and it gives you peace of mind knowing you’re hiring a compliant subcontractor.
