How long do quotes take?
It all depends on what you’re specifically looking for. Our team will usually respond to your request in 1-2 business days with any additional questions they have to get you an accurate quote. Most quotes go out within 5 business days.
How will my products be delivered?
We ship our products in as little packaging as possible. One of the goals in ordering our products is Saving Time in the field, so we design our packaging to be as convenient as possible. If you want products grouped a certain way, let our staff know when you order.
What is the lead time?
Once we receive a Purchase Order and agree to payment terms, we can get most products ready to deliver in under 1 week. As the scope of the order grows, so too will the overall lead time, however we can provide progress deliveries.
Do you have install instructions?
Keeping speed and efficiency in mind, each of our different products are very straight-forward. For this reason, most of our products will be delivered without installation instructions. However, if questions come up, we have technical support.
Do you accept Credit Cards?
Currently we can accept credit cards through PayPal. Once you place your order with us, one of our team members will be in contact with you to arrange payment terms. PayPal is instant and manufacturing can begin immediately.
Is there technical support?
Absolutely. We will provide you with contact information for the team who put your order together so if there’s any questions your field team has, they have a direct line of contact to get answers, quick.
