Interior Office Space

We recently wrapped up 2 floors worth of Interior Office Space buildouts in Racine, WI for a confidential client. The building is very old, but working with the design team, our electricians were able to modernize this area and brighten up the workspace for workers when they return later this year.

The scope of this project included: demolition, temporary wiring, power, HVAC controls, fire alarm, security, lighting and a brand new Wattstopper Lighting Control system. Our field team was under the direction of Jon Hanson, while RJ Datt called the shots from the office. We’re fortunate to say now that with the punchlist is completed, this project was delivered on-time to the customer.
